Our Privacy Policy was updated on March 15, 2020. From this date, this Privacy Policy will provide you with the details about how we manage your personal information disclosed to us in your use of the Quick apps services.

The Privacy Policy specifies how Xiaomi and its affiliated companies (hereinafter refer to as "Xiaomi", "we", "our" or "us") collect, use, disclose, process and protect the information you provide to us during your use of our Quick apps services; if we request some information from you so that we can verify your identity when you use our Quick apps services, we will use such information strictly following this Privacy Policy and/or our User Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy is designed with your needs in mind, and it is important that you have a comprehensive understanding of our personal information collection and usage practices, while ensuring that ultimately, you have control of your personal information provided to Xiaomi.
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual, either from that information alone or from that information combined with other information about that individual available to Xiaomi. By using Quick apps services, you are deemed to have read, acknowledged and accepted all the provisions stated herein, including any changes we may make from time to time. What information is collected and how can we use it?

· App-related information: We may collect information related to the apps you use, such as the list of Quick apps, Quick apps version information, the use of Quick apps, app performance, browse path, and current status (like music playing).
· Geographical location information: We may collect information on the country or region setting or language setting of your phone.
· Log information: We may collect information related to some functions, apps and websites you use, such as online request information, standard system log, and error crash information.
· Secure website information: We may collect information browsed by you in your use of the Quick apps services, such as URL address of social media visited by you.

Direct marketing
We may use your IMEI number to provide you with the promotional materials on products and services of Xiaomi and its partners (which provide network and mobile apps and Cloud products and services). We will request independent express consent in strict accordance with the data protection laws of your place, so we will use your personal information only with your consent or when you have no objection. You have the right to cease the personal data that is used for direct marketing in our usage plan. If you don’t want to receive some types of emails, you may unsubscribe them through the unsubscription link at the bottom of each email. We will not communicate your personal information to our commercial partners for direct marketing.
Retention policy
Personal information will be held for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We shall cease to retain personal information, or remove the means by which the personal information can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which that personal information was collected is no longer being served by retention of the personal information.
Order of precedence
This Privacy Policy is specific to apps and services related to the Quick apps. In the event of inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and Xiaomi Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall prevail. For the terms and conditions not stipulated in this Privacy Policy, Xiaomi Privacy Policy shall prevail.
